In the same way that a teacher can't learn for her students, I can't make change happen for you if you're not fully focussed and committed to it.

What won't I do for you? 
I won't spend forever preparing wordy reports to confirm much of what you already knew, nor make long lists of weak recommendations that distract you from actually making change happen.

We'll aim to get things done in the shortest time. I'll listen closely to what you say about why you want to achieve a change. We'll define the business case and test your assumptions. I'll help you develop the project plan detailing what, who, and by when. Then I'll coach your key project staff how to deliver the transformation.
